Well, after a little bit of uncertainty over whether I would have my visa sorted out in time, I made it to Japan! It was quite a mission, involving a lot of travelling and taking well over 30 hours all up. Luckily I was able to snatch bits and pieces of sleep during the trip and don't feel too bad at the moment. I have visited the local Nova branch where I will be working, and it looks pretty flash. Can't wait to get to work! My apartment is ok, seems a little worse for wear, but will suit me fine.

 

I'm off to Fukuoka (I think that's how you spell it) on Monday for my NOVA orientation. So I've got 4 days off! Magic! I'll probably get everything sorted out around the apartment, and buy a few essentials: ie. a guitar
